Helping individuals (usually leaders) to find their flow and step fully into it. We coach the whole person not just the role. Many traditional corporate coaches focus on the process not the person; we focus on what the individual most needs to address. By coaching leaders holistically we find they achieve more powerful results in their work than if we just focused on specific presenting symptoms (e.g. under performance, new challenge, promotion etc). We find that often the current events that have led to the coaching are symptoms of thought patterns and behavioural habits and that working on what lies underneath the issue not only clears this presenting symptom, but prevents it reoccurring in another format at a later date.

The coaching equips leaders to be able to tackle anything that comes their way now or in the future. Our coaches build a relationship based on trust. Typically we work with our clients over a minimum 6 month period to ensure that we identify and address root causes. Many of our coaching relationship remain ongoing, as long as we are still adding value we are happy to continue the relationship for as long as the client requires.

FLOW

Focus: Focus on how the client has been, what has arisen and especially focusing on the present moment – what are the challenges arising now?

Look: Look behind the presenting symptom for what is the real issue(s) to address. Working on the underlying cause prevents the symptoms re-occurring.

Open: Opening up to explore and identify the thoughts, beliefs and ways of being that are keeping the client stuck in the issue.

Work-out: Replacing the old thought patterns with new positive ones. Creating your new work-out; practicing your new thinking regime over and over again. Replacing the old can take time, just like joining a gym; one visit doesn’t make you fit!
